my baby is 2 months old, he is struggling while poop is it normal?

Constipation is quite common in babys less than one year of age
No need to worry for this
Give tummy times frequently in a day time
Do massage everyday and specially tummy massage more.
breast Feed ur baby as per demand
It will help
Burp properly at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
Keep hydration well
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
If baby is feeling discomfort and crying inconsolably then
Need to do rectal stimulation, apply some drops of oil over rectal area
It will help
If it doesn't help then
Need rectal glycerine enema
Or some laxative
for which u need to visit once with pediatrician.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Constipation is common in few new born babies,but if baby is discomfort with gas, tight tummy then do tummy massage daily..
Apply warm coconut oil or castor oil on tummy gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingertips this will relieve from gas, hard stools(constipation problem).
