Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like milia ,heat or sweating or infection etc. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your child in well vantileted room. skip suspected cosmetics. maintain good hygiene
