Q.

My baby is 2 months old can I know weather my milk is sufficient or not and I have cold and cough can I give feeding and can I eat fruits and vegetables as I am C-section kindly suggest me

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achiedved then the child is having adequate milk intake.f if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. Hi parent please give plenty of breast milk to your child when you're child is demanding please give daily massage with Babyhug Coconut oil please give daily sun light exposure
