My baby is 2 months old but her weight is gained only 400gms as her birth weight was 3.400 and now she is 3.840gm..Her height increased. she is feeding properly passing stool daily peeing 10-12 times a day and active.. what should I do to gain her weight .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 week agoA. Mam your child is two months old the child should have gained at least 1 kg per child is practically not gaining anything with the feed that you are giving I would recommend you to go for hundred percent formula feed for your child
