Q.
my baby is 2 months old and vomits after feed. I give him EBM. His weight gain is also very less. He's a preterm baby

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 2 month Spitting is common in babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor give domstal as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

It Who is due to stomach reflux that your child is vomiting every child has this issue so you do not have to worry about that but yes if the weight gain is lower than that would probably be that your child is a little Prebon also apart from that I’m also going to tell you that you can start giving formula feeding also if you want to after consulting a doctor
