Q.

My baby is 2 months old and she is not taking breast milk directly from past 1 month and my milk has stopped now .how can i start my milk flow again so that i can pump her milk.

A. You can start using breast pump and also start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and have a glass of water after feeding the baby abd massage your breast and make more skin to skin contact with baby abd eat and sleep well
