Q.

My baby is 2 months old and is crying in pain either cause of gas or cold (nose is blocked). Is it safe to give her calpol to relieve her pain? She doesn’t have fever

A. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factors injiclude cow's milk introiduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

A. hello did not give calpol for gas and you can give colic aid drops or use tummy roll on from babyhug and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
