My baby is 2 months old and has a lot of gas. His stomach is also bloated, and he seems to feel like vomiting. Sometimes he vomits and sometimes he doesn’t. I gave him colic medicine at night and again in the morning, but he still hasn’t gotten complete relief. Please guide me on what I should do.

Vomiting gas and stomach pain all these things are common in this age and the medicine that you are giving is SOS medicine which is only meant to be given when the child is having stomach pain or crying excessively you don’t have to give it with a specific time of night and day that is why your child is facing more of a problem because you’re not giving medicine when required you’re just giving it at a random hours which is not good for the child
