my baby is 2 months 12 days old his weight is 3.5 kg baby does not look chubby he looks thin is there anything to worry about we i have low milk supply im really worried about my baby why he is not growing is there any defects plz help..

A. dear Mum, if your baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then you should not be concerned.
