A. Dear parent, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 time’s in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
