my baby is 2 and half months old with 4.5kg weight . doctor prescribed leveling syrup 1mg with 1 ml dosage for cold.is it safe for the baby??

We always recommend you to proceed with your doctors advice if your doctor has advised you to give it to the child then you may proceed with it because once the doctor is going to check the child physically they’ll know what is best for your child during the issue that’s there
