Q.
My baby is 2 and half months old. He was born premature at 33 weeks. He was weak in the beginning and afterwards its cold..we haven’t given him a proper bath yet. Although I clean him everyday with a cotton ball dipped in warm water. He is having a lot of hairfall.

If the baby is 2.5 kgs or above you can give a proper bath.make sure that it’s a quick one

Don't worry much about hairfall as it's normal
Give her nutritioius BM.
Mom should not use RO water.
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Mom should take probiotics , millets and citrus fruits.
TAke sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
