Hello mom After breastfeeding, it is advisable to burp the baby or keep him vertically upright for 15-20 minutes little spit outs during burp and after feeds are quite common due to immature digestion Make sure he's not vomiting in supine position give it left lateral or vertically up - Dr. Sneha
