my baby is 2.5month old. I want to reduce weight and had a cesarian delivery after i have a back pain. what to do for back pain?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
