my baby is 2.5 year old , but he is not communicating in sentences , just able to speak 1-1 word. he is interactive, playing with kids, going school also

A. it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if needed the docstor will go for investigations
