Q.

my baby is 2.5 months old. while breastfeeding she use to latch about 20 minutes each in both sides (40 mins) elders said I may have low milk supply so I tried to feed her with my sis in law which is also a lactating mother of same age. when my baby latch from her she refuse after 5 mins. is it mean my milk supply is low?

A. Hello mom please don’t tense your self .. you take proper diet and enough liquids to keep your self hydrated . Have meals before baby feed time so that ensure good filling feed you will feel your breast is full and once the baby had his feed - the breast becomes light .. check your milk flow as well
