My baby is 2.5 months old. I am exclusively breast feeding my baby. But I got my periods today. Is it normal? Will it affect my mill supply?

A. dear mum getting your periods back does not reduce the milk production or quality the time of resumption of periods can vary greatly a breastfeeding mother get back her periods anytime from 4 to 6 weeks to even after one year.
