Q.
My baby is 2.5 months old and weighing 4 kgs. His birth weight was 2.5 kg. He is still not latching, i feed him using nipple shield. Is he growing ok?

Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
check if nipples are retracted?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes of course looking at the birthweight and the current weight as per the age of the child is quite good and some kids cannot latch directly so nipple shield is completely safe to be used does not have any side-effects so kindly continue in the same manner
