My baby is 2.5 months old and her head is normally feeling hot however after vaccination its getting more hot is it normal

It’s normal case is that the vaccination if it is not painless the fever is bound to come so take the temperature with the thermometer with which you can have a better understanding of whether it is fever or not and accordingly you can act by giving paracetamol if it is fever
