my baby is 2.5 months and has been exclusively breastfeeding since last 2 days ..before this used to have breastmilk by spoon his poop today was greenish yellow and runny. ...do I need to worry?what does green poop indicate

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. .No need to worry for this as it is normal for the baby to do . Can wait for some time period of feel to be a problem and can also consult a doctor for the baby examination .
