Q.

my baby is 2 .5 month old.. most of the time after feeding she can't burp.. what is the reason for that? lack of feeding ?? or any else?

A. When a baby burps, he gets rid of trapped gasses or air through his mouth. Hold your baby in an upright position for about 10 or 15 mins, sometimes longer. Do not worry if the baby spits even after burping. A) Hold the baby against your chest while sitting upright and rest his chin on your shoulder. With one hand, support the baby's back and with other hand, keep rubbing or patting gently. B) Place the baby on your lap with his face down. He should be perpendicular to your upper body. With one hand, support the baby's chin and with other hand, rub or pat the baby's back gently. Do not lower the baby's head too much to avoid blood rush to the head.
