Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. very important to give semi solid to the solid food at this age
it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child.
many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

Bite-size pieces of fruit are the perfect introduction to finger foods for babies .Start with small chunks of soft fruits like ripe pear or banana slices. Bite-size pieces of vegetables make great finger foods too. Try cooked potato, pumpkin, carrot, peas and corn kernels.
