my baby is 2.3 years old and has constipation from last 15 days.she poop pea size tight poop 3 4 times daily.i am giving her constipation relieve syrup from last 3 days but it doesn't work.what do I do?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 27 months old and she is having a constipation so her stool is pebble like then give her papya and apple crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily and plenty of water
