Q.

my baby is 2 1/2 months ,she is 4.8 kg only. she is both bottle and mother feeding. her birth weight is 3.1 kg, but pediatrician told her weight is enough for her month

A. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and mosfyt of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congfenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

A. If your baby's doctor thinks it's necessary, you may have to supplement your baby with additional feedings of either pumped breast milk or infant formula. You can also try to pump and separate your foremilk from your hindmilk. Hindmilk is higher in fat and calories, which can help your baby gain more weight
