Feed your baby in a more upright position. Follow each feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position

While breastfeeding your baby make your child’s head in a little elevated position so that sucking is easily done by your baby. Do not lay down your baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps 4 times at least. Give a good gap of 2 hours between feeds. You can do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry.
