my baby is 1yr 7 months old, when he talks? he is saying some words like maa, papa, mumma,but didn't say any other words only saying yes or no, or sometimes to shake his head to reply..my concern is that, Is he saying water, biscuit grapes banana like words or should I consult the any paediatric.. help me out
