If the weight has become becomes stagnant change the entire diet and meal plan that you have been giving Just change it for an entire week don’t give the things that you’ve been giving till now just change it and make sure to give Khichdi in 1 million in a day and rest you can give two different meals in a day this will help in breaking the pattern and the variant should be seen after that
