My baby is 1year old, i want to ask should I give cow milk to his every meal like breakfast lunch and dinner

A. Milk should be given two or three times in the day not more than that you should try focus on the food as that’s the food to be given to the child as milk is not required with every Mail child has to have proper food for overall growth and weight gain of your child
