my baby is 1year 8months old from past 1 week she is not having are food properly, she vomits frequently my mom says it's due to teeth development of baby is it right

yes this condition could be due to the Teething phase as during teething kids suffer from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth and they tend to put everything in their mouth to chew on..and also they suffer from loss of appetite..
