Q.
my baby is 1month and 17days old... while using diapers she has got rashes and when I clean her potty with wipes she also got some wounds there rectum area... what should I do... plz suggest... doctor...

consult paediatrician if rash spreads, or is painful and pus filled. . .. . .

Give diaper free time in between to ur baby to prevent rashes. Apply aquaphor or himalaya diaper rash cream on the rashes. This will help to give relief.
U can buy #Babyhug diapers that are soft on skin and absorbs good amount of urine and keeps the baby dry preventing rashes.
