my baby is 1month 22 days old upto 1month for her motion was free only , but nowadays she is not pooping freely nd daily not going to motion when she is getting motion little bit little bit she is going freely not coming what is the problem nd how to free her motion , can u please tell me

I already concern to a doctor he said that nothing will happen if she don't go motion for 1week also if she continusoly crying , vomitings nd stomach will be tight it is the problem. but her stomach also will be normal only , she is getting motion but freely nt coming out
