Q.

my baby is 19 months old only he will speak few words like Amma nanna an thatha and evn if we will tell alo he is not responding he will do lot of signs like if he needs water he will give sign like that etc..

A. If your child is not responding to which name then that’s not a very healthy sign but if your child is communicating in signs and understanding every thing then that is completely alright but just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to get a check with a child specialist one time
