My baby is 19 months old he speaks 3-5 words and if we call him not answered properly, concentration is very poor, is it normal in this age?

Ma’am there could be a possibility that your child is having a deficiency of iron in the body which can lead to these situations also sometimes it could be associated with delay in growth in terms of understanding and behaviour so it would be good for you to consult your doctor once
