My baby is 19 months but whenever he drinks milk( cow milk) he poos.. Is it ok.. or something to worry

A. may be baby is not comfortable digesting the cow milk you can give any milk as cow milk or buffalo milk or any local dairy milk you can add dry fruits as cashew almond in paste and powdered form adding in milk
