my baby is 19 month old.and every time he is having more weight than the age appropriate to month.but his BMI is normal.. what can I do weight - 16 kg height 87 cm

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom Not to worry a little variation is fine if the child is active for his age and been eating well enough . Get him involved in some form of physical activity like outdoor plays , dance etc , limit if any packaged and ready to eat and refined and sugary foods
