Q.

my baby is 18 months old. he is vomiting immediately after eating food from morning. he is some fever also

A. hi parent your kids 18 months old and is suffering with home things along with fever, may be a sign of indigestion or any gi infection, u can give orsl domperidone suspension along with parecteamold drops to control fever, if symptoms persist kindly consult a pediatrician for proper examination
