my baby is 18 months old...from last 1 week she is refusing her meal...she only want cow milk with spoon..what is the reason?

During seasonal changes and cold season their appetite is reduced.
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Give her easy to digest food.
giveher probiotics and citrus fruits if she's not having cold or cough
