Q.

My baby is 18 months old and he is still not talking. Anything to be of concern? But he is very well responding through actions and sounds

A. Idhu response of your child is proper than that is not a problem speech can happen by the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years currently I would advise you to try to talk to yo child more and more and instead of responding to do gestures of the child right to encourage your child to speak well because when we do things as per their actions dint get more lazy to speak so it is going to be good enough if you support your child this way
