my baby is 18 month old ,he is having dry skin and some time there is rashes in his face and leg and it disappear after some days,is there anything we can do to completely remove this rasher appearing?

Do not apply soap on skin as it can further dry the skin and rashes appear on the body.
U can buy babyhug head to toe milky wash.
This will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth.
Then apply baby lotion on skin after giving bath to ur baby.
