my baby is 18 month old but he can't speak he say some word like mom papa tractor bua and maa

A. okay no problem continue to interact to improve vocabulary if you take some time. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
