you should consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child and they will suggest you some appetizers or nutritional supplements

At one year weight is triple to birth weight
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Maintain hygiene
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
