Q.

my baby is 18 days old and I don't have enough breast milk to feed my baby for atleast one time.now we are giving formula milk.How can I improve my milk to feed my baby

A. as you want to improve milk.. start with lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or striveda or Shavatri powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd drumstick fennel seeds oats ragi dalia sabudana .. more you nurse milk will increase..
