RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. No it’s a delay unfortunately as if a child hasn’t learnt to work independently by completing the time of 17 months it is considered a delay in the milestone so it’s important for you to get examined with your doctor as soon as you can
