my baby is 17 months old and we will be travelling to Ahmedabad by train so I just need to confirm if we can give everyday milk powder to the baby and what can be the quantity of the powder in 250 ml milk

Yes you can give it to the baby. you can be carrying baby ready foods that you can prepare easily and gve and you can gve child Nestle cerelac and you can also be giving your child fruits and vegetables puree from Gerber which is very healthy and nutritious for the child
