my baby is 17 month old .. he recognise things but not pointing... only watching that continusly.. is it any issue

If your child is understanding everything giving response well enough and react to when you call and response as well then it is not a problem you have to teach your child to your child towards a particular thing over the period the child is going to learn so just regular practice would be good
