my baby is 16 months old, she got her mr2 and je2 vaccination done before 3 days , from that day she is having vomit and fever, now fever is reduce but still she has vomit and loose motion, please advice, why it's happening

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeaydted after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
