Q.

my baby is 16 months old. she does not response when I call her by name neither she understands any simple words which I say. she don't have hearing issue because she can understand other all kinds of sounds. does she have any other issues? what should I do please suggest

A. Wait until your child is at least 2 year old to start worrying. Worry only if your child CONSISTENTLY does not respond to his name. Have your child evaluated by a professional in pediatric development.
