Q.
my baby is 16 months old , he is on cow milk and all solid food , from past 4 days he is passing hard stool and cries every time he does potting. please suggest to overcome this

Hello mom make sure he is having enough of fibre and liquids in his diet and also check for the consistency of his foods as well , add ghee to his meals , also give him seasonal fruits and vegetables as well . Make sure he is chewing his food well enough

Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100 percent apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative.
