mam, my baby is 2 month old and she is passing stool after 3 to 4 days. she cries during passing stool and stool is hard. she is taking only breastfeeding milk. what to do?

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can giftve bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medicattions are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
