My baby is 16 months old and we are feeding her cow milk. Few people say that cow milk causes heat in body. can you please tell which milk is better? cow or buffalo?

Are equally good I personally believe buffaloes milk is much better because it is much more healthier but cows milk is also good it does not cause any issue to the child so if your child is happy to having it you continue with that lot of people say a lot of things but sometimes there is no sense in that so just continue with what you are doing
